Hair Fall Problem

Ever since i started to wear tudung, i hardly take good care of my hair. Cause i thought, hey nobody is seeing it so why bother? Boy i was so wrong to neglect it!

I changed to a new shampoo and conditioner recently and noticed banyak sangat rambut gugur! Like a lot sampai panik okay. Macam segumpal segumpal like that! I dont want to be 24 and bald! So i tweeted to ask for a home remedy solution or a good shampoo to use to cure this problem. Jumie my ever so helpful friend, suggested pakai minyak kelapa. And i asked my aunty, she said the same thing and i asked her to get it for me the next day.

But since im the type of person yang tak sabar, i googled and found few articles saying yang olive oil ada banyak benefit for the hair. I suddenly remembered there's a bottle of olive oil inside the fridge because my sister suka masak spagetti. Kesian duduk dalam fridge dah lama so i took it out, bagi warm sikit and then i poured some on my head. It doesnt smell awful, nasib baik! Berminyak jugak lah kepala for awhile cause i kept pouring them. I also self-massage my head sebab i read its good for blood circulation or something, i cant remember. Lepas dah massage, i wrapped my head with a towel and let it dry and went to bed with it. Not sure if its a good thing or not sebab supposedly lepas few hours boleh straight cuci but i do this before i sleep so lepas buat ni go straight to bed mana larat nak tunggu for few hours. But good thing about olive oil is that minyak tu serap cepat so it doesnt drip at all. At first yes but wait for about 20-30 mins, you dont have to put a towel on your head anymore cause the oil memang tak drip.

Then lepas bangun, i deep cleanse my hair with my shampoo, twice (sebab pakai minyak kan takut the oil wont go away in one wash) and i slather on very little conditioner. Lepas tu let the hair dry and comb it. I am so happy with the result even though baru try 3 hari but my hair is much much much better alhamdulillah! Hair fall sangat sangat kurang! And my hair is much softer than before.

It is said that extra virgin olive oil has a high level of mono-unsaturated fat acids and antioxidant vitamin E that moisturizes, protects and nourishes the hair. Makes the hair grow stronger. So im guessing that is why my hair doesnt fall as much anymore.

I will continue to do this as least 4 nights a week and a hair spa once a month. Oh btw, i pakai this Basso Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Insyaallah next time nak try guna virgin coconut oil pulak as suggested by Jumie. And im going to change my shampoo and conditioner since the one im using right now isnt suitable for me. Nak try Herbalife sebab Amy cakap its good for hair loss. I'll update you girls on this okay?

My Twenty Wishlist

Okay so here is my #20 beauty products wishlist. But urm, not really a wishlist since most of it dah pernah pakai.

1. Creme De La Mer moisturizing cream
Since my skin is going crazy right now and after reading an awful lot of reviews, i desperately need this star product. But then again, good products aint cheap so i might have to starve myself for a month to get this. Please pray for me girls. Pray that i have enough strength not to shop anything i like online. Do i really have to say more? This is the king of all moisturizing creams. And after reading the reviews, im an idiot if i dont save up for this with my skin condition now.


2. Lancome Creme-Mousse Confort
Used this before for few months. Skin was excellent then. I dont know whether its because of this or was it because i went to facials religiously.


3. Estee Lauder Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher
I used Estee's Advance Night Repair before but like i said, i dont know it worked because of the facials i had of because of the product. But since my pores are gigantic now, i would like to try this.


4. Chanel Mat Lumiere Foundation
Heard good things about this so we'll see


5. Giorgio Armani  Diamonds perfume
This is one of my favourites

7. Benefit Speedbrow
Im not a fan of coloring my brows. Only when im extra rajin. So i love this. I brush my brows and voila - perfect just the way i like 'em to be!


8. Dior Diorshow Mascara
The bestest mascara i have ever tried. A little pricey but its so worth it. No need to curl your lashes. This mascara will do it for you honey!


9. Benefit High Beam
I love using this during nights out with my girlfriends. Gives you a stronger glowing complexion than That Gal. Suitable for night use. Dont scare the people during night time lah its not good.


10. Benefit Dandelion
No Dandelion, i die.


11. Nars Orgasm Blush
Google please malas i want to write about this amazing product. Im dying to try this now that Sephora is here, yeay!

12. Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick For Body
Yes i am aware its for the body. But i love the color so much they're so perfect. And im all covered up. Im not some Victoria's Secret model strutting down the runway. So face instead of body okay?


13. Benefit Coralista
I swear by this and by my MAC blusher. Only this two blushes i will use till the day i die. But on second thoughts, they might not look so nice on me when im all saggy and wrinkly, sigh


14. Benefit 10
The quick answer to a nice looking cheekbones. I want!


15. Bobbi Brown brush sets
I need new pretty brushes


16. Anna Sui lipstick
There is this natural rosy color that i used to love. And i love how to products are all rose-smelling

Best selling product of all time. Selalu nak beli tapi tak jadi because of its price.

Two of my girlfriends use this and i love how they smell!


19. Benefit Benetint
Tried this once, suka sangat. But i bought the balm instead. When its cold, its nice. But when its not cold, it get sticky. I still have alot left so rugi. Next time nak beli the tint, not balm.


10. L'Occitane Sunscreen Veil High Protection SPF 30
They dont have this in Penang. Im sad the salesgirls told me its discontinued. I hope they're kidding. BUT PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS MESSAGE ME WHERE AND WHEN PLEASE. I NEED THIS.

Pretty Lips

I used to be crazy about makeup few years back. I studied makeup for awhile at Monica Lee Face Art Academy. After i finished the course, i tried all sorts of makeup, different look every week. Dark eyes, nude lips, dramatic makeup ... you name it, i did it.

It was fun to look different all the time. And you won get bored seeing your photos. But months after, macam dah tak excited dah. I stopped doing makeup (on my face and others too) ... But eventhough i stopped, i still love getting all dolled up especially for night outings with my girlfriends ... dinner, events or whatever ... i'll always make an effort to try to look pretty decent.

But lately, the excitement dah datang balik thanks to my friend Sazasuliana and another blogger whom inspired me, Shazreeyana. She and her sister selalu makeup cantik cantik whenever they go out. When i started reading their blogs, i kept on asking myself, "If they have time to make themselves pretty why cant i?". 


So now im collecting again and getting nuts over anything new i can find in the stores. Bought few Stage lipsticks and eyeshadows because its having a massive sale. I finally pushed myself to buy that crazy fuchsia lipstick that i gatai nak beli but i didnt weeks ago. Tried it on tadi, it was okay but its kinda crazy to wear that kind of pink walking around the mall. But its alright, i'll find an excuse to wear it.

Its the second color from right. Scary isnt it? I have about 20 lipsticks now but whenever wherever i would still go back to the first, second and third color from the left. Because i dont like to wear glosses. So whenever im buying any lipsticks, i'll make sure its sheer and glossy. Like those 3 lipsticks. The 2 from the left are both Maybelline Watershine 3D Collagen lipsticks. I am crazyyyyyy about this lipstick okay. The third one is from L'Oreal. And i used to be crazy about this one ZA lipstick. Its perfect, sheer and glossy just the way i like it but i think they stopped making it kot? This was like 10 years ago.

And sebab bag makeup dah kotor malas nak clean up, im keeping some of my makeup in this clutch. This is their temporary home now. I need to get a new makeup bag pronto!

Spring Makeup

I am seeing more and more of vivid lips in a lot of Spring campaigns and i am very tempted to try it out.  What do you people think? Yay or nay?

My Daily Makeup

Today i nak share with my readers the things that i use almost daily, that is makeup. Who doesnt love makeup? Which girl in her right mind doesnt want to look pretty kan? A little makeup goes a long way. Always, always, always try to put on a bit of makeup. Not only it'll make you look good but bila orang tengok, sejuk lah mata memandang kata orang.

So here are the things that i use ...

#1 Makeup Base

I use Shu Uemura UV Underbase Mousse SPF30. Its great. Everyone should use this as their makeup base. Lepas tu i'll put on a bit of Benefit That Gal on my cheekbones, browbone and a tiny bit on my nose bridge.

  

#2 Foundation

For daily use i'll just slap on some BB cream. I use Skin79 Hot Pink Triple Functions BB cream. But if keluar i'll use a proper foundation. Currently im using DiorSnow Sublissime Whitening Liquid Foundation SPF20. Dont really like the texture but sebab tak nak membazir im still using it sebab i dont use much pun. I find it hard to find a suitable foundation for my skin color. Sometimes the color is right but i hate the texture, texture okay but color pulak tak suitable. Thats why i prefer to pakai BB cream than a foundation because of its light texture and it blends into your skin well. But the downside is that BB cream ni not much coverage. Letak 1 or 2 layer you can still see marks/spots/scars wtv on your face.

 

#3 Concealer

I use Benefit Confessions Of A Concealaholic. I love this concealing kit because it is so handy! Everything you need to use to conceal anything on your face is in this kit. To conceal the dark circles under my eyes i use Erase Paste and as for spots, i use Boi-Ing. 

#4 Powder

I usually use a loose powder sebab i dont really like hate using a compact one. But of course a compact one is handy when you're out of the house. As for loose powder, i am using Benefit Matterial Girl. Love this one! Definitely buying another one after this. Compact powder pulak, im using Chanel White Essentiel Light Reflecting Compact Foundation SPF25. 

#5 Brows

For my brows i use two things yang i pakai ikut mood. If im in a rush i'll use Benefit Speed Brow. This one is the bestest brow mascara yang i pernah pakai. Eventhough nampak the color brownish but when you color your brows, it'll look natural so try this one out. You wont regret it! The second one is The Body Shop Brow & Liner Kit. This one kalau rajin nak lukis baru pakai. Untuk tweeze brows i use The Body Shop Slanted Tweezer.

  

#6 Eyes

For eyeshadow base i use Benefit Lemon Aid. Lemon Aid ni pun dalam concealing kit Confessions Of A Concealaholic tu. Like i said, the kit is very handy! Eyeshadow pulak i use alot but mostly from MAC because of the colors and quality. Pink Freeze Frost and Silver Ring Veluxe Pearl, these two colors i selalu pakai. After im done putting on eyeshadow, i'll dab a bit of Benefit Miss Popularity or Benefit Mr Frosty dekat bahagian hujung mata (dekat hidung) just to make my eyes look spark-lier.

  

Mascara pulak i have alot. From the pricey ones to the cheap ones, i use it all. As long as it gives me good result, i dont care if its cheap or not. I use DiorShow Iconic Extreme Mascara, Avon Super Curlacious Mascara, In2It Clear Mascara, Avon Simply Pretty Long Lash Waterproof Mascara, Lancome L'Extreme Mascara and Lancome Virtuose Mascara.Virtuose from Lancome is my favourite out of all. The Avon mascaras are for daily use, whenever i go dekat dekat. Honestly, why waste putting on a RM100 mascara if you're going to Tesco right?

 

 

#7 Blusher & Bronzing Powder

As for blusher, i usually stick to one color and so far pakai this one dari dulu, tak pernah tukar. Its MAC Sheertone Shimmer Blush in Peachykeen. And whenever i feel like having J.Lo's bronze skin i brush on some MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Light Flush (Sadly this color dah discontinued. Its really a nice color. Guess i'll have to search for similar color of it after this). And for maximum bronzing effect i'll use Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick For Body Set. I know its for body usage but i use it on my face ha ha its the same thing they use to make it anyway so who cares? And of course i use it on my body too!

#8 Lipstick / Gloss / Tint / Balm

The ones i always use are Benefit Benetint Lip Balm SPF 15, Kanebo Coffret D'Or, MAC Tinted Lip Conditioner SPF15 in Gentle Coral, L'Oreal Color Riche Made For Me Naturals - Rose Skintone in Rose Petal and my favourite yang paling selalu pakai is Maybelline Watershine Pure Lipstick. I love this because wearing it alone, your lips dah nampak moist so you dont have to put on gloss or wtv on top. And i hate lip glosses thats why this lipstick is my favourite.

 

 

#9 Finishing Touch

The last thing i put when im done with everything is a beauty powder for that glowing look. The one im using now ... the Emanuel Ungaro for MAC in Flower Mist Dew is really nice. Its limited edition and sadly its finishing. Another beauty powder that i use is Benefit Dandelion. This one the color is lighter than the MAC one, so its suitable for daily use. And for a night out i usually dab on some Benefit High Beam on my checkbones and brow bones for that extra glowing look.

 

So these are the things that i use on my face almost everyday. I dont use alot although i have alot and i dont like to try new products without reading the reviews first. I dont like to waste money on products that doesnt work well on me. Dulu yes but now im more choosy and loyal when it comes to buying makeup products. 

Just remember one key thing, an expensive makeup product doesnt always mean its suitable on your skin or that it'll work well on you like it did on your friend.We have different skintones so always try to get something that is good for you. Dont buy it because it looks good on others. And makeup products ni mostly ada short lifespan so dont just buy buy buy and then tak pakai and few months later bila nak pakai dah expired. 

Stick to what you know that looks good on you doesnt matter if its cheap or not. Yes of course pricier products the quality bagus BUT, without good skills ... pakai lah makeup beribu ringgit pun, tak guna jugak kan? And whats the point of stocking up tons of makeup when you dont even use it? *cough* Nak bagi hantu Opera Cina pakai ke? *cough*

So choose and buy wisely dear readers.

The Famous Bedak And Nasi Ayam Budu

I missed watching Nona just now. NNMK and her bedak muntah belut is getting famous these days! Hehe after trying it for almost 2 weeks i have to say it does make my skin soft and gebu, no kidding. My face is much better thanks to it. But it could also be the Hada Labo Moisturizing Lotion that im using now. I dont know. But i think wearing both has made my skin condition better than before and here's hoping it'll stay that way for a loong looonggg time. Good face aside, i must do something with my weight. I think i am growing bigger. That is a big no no no. I love eating, alot. I dont know why no matter how much food i take i always end up getting hungry an hour later. I baca doa makan and bismillah okay! I dont know whats wrong with me. And as a result of that and not eating healthily and work-ing, here i am today with extra few kgs!

I dont know how much i weight now because i dont have that weight thingy at home and honestly i dont want to buy it because for sure tengok my weight now i'll pengsan. Ramadhan is coming soon which means i cant work out during Ramadhan. Arghhhhhhh. My jeans are getting tighter! Oh dear!

Must be thin back. Must be thin back. Must. Must. Must. Must!

PS: I tried the nasi ayam budu yesterday. And its true, nasi tu memang sedap. Because of the ayam goreng lah. Google 'nasi ayam budu', you'll see what i mean. Lepas ni for sure jadi pelanggan setia. Hmphhhhhh macamana tak gemok :/

Bedak Muntah Belut

Does anyone know or actually have seen how 'bedak muntah belut' looks like?

After reading the fab Nik Nafisah Marini Kamil's status, i really want to try this 'bedak'. If you dont know who this lady is, please google, or please go out and get yourself a copy of Glam magazine cause shes always in it. This lady can easily afford all the La Mers in the world but she chose to wear this 'bedak'. And she has been using it for 21 years dah. She mix it with 'air gamat'. I swear i have never heard of 'air gamat' before, thank you to Mr. Google for helping me. I can get the 'air gamat' online anytime now.

And i googled the 'bedak' info as well. 'Bedak' ni is very good for zits and rashes. So far, semua great reviews. I hope it can help me with my acute urticaria because i dont intend on taking my allergies meds forever. And none of it really works like Zyrtec does. But the thing about Zyrtec is that it makes me sleep long hours. I cant go on sleeping forever can i? Plus if consume long term ada side effect so yea, sighhhh.


You can easily get it in Kelantan or Terengganu. Hi M! *waves*

Is there anyone from Kelantan or Terengganu yang pernah pakai this? Let me know okay. I want to know how good this 'bedak' is.

Makeup Is Love

This came last week ...

Comel sangat the packaging!

The secret to a glowing complexion? Is 'That Gal'! I love that face primer cause it makes your skin glowy and rosy. And i really love 'Matterial Girl'! Because im the kind of person who hates using compact powder on my face. Usually kalau keluar i'll just put on the Johnson Baby talc powder instead of the Chanel or Dior compact that i have sebab i dont like the feeling that my face is stuffed with compact powder, rasa macam kulit tak boleh breathe. And also maybe sebab i tak jumpa lagi a compact powder yang i betul betul suka. Maybe i should start buying things from MAC again? Hmmm ... And im saying bye bye to my foundation! I love this bb cream! I love how it makes my skin feel and look in photos. Its much much lighter than foundation and its better than foundation imo, tapi not as much coverage as foundation but i dont mind. Tak pernah suka pun foundation and compact powder.

So right now before i go out i'll cleanse, tone and moisturise my face. Then i'll put on 'That Gal' and 'High Beam' for a bright, rosy and glowy complexion. Then i'll conceal my eyebags with 'Erase Paste' and then i'll use 'Boi-ing', 'Lemon Aid' and 'Eye Bright' and puff my face with 'Matterial Girl'. Then i'll use 'Dandelion', my MAC blusher and MAC bronzer. Put on some eyeshadows, use 'Speed Brow' on my brows, and use either my Lancome or Dior mascara, put on my Maybelline or 'Benetint' lipbalm and off i go ...

PS: I need to get myself that Shu Uemura UV Under Base Mousse and Nars Orgasmmmm! And Benefit Sugarbomb, 10 and Coralista too!

Bedak Sejuk, Agaaaain!

I bought new bedak sejuk for myself, LOL! Its not as same as the one i bought from 7E okay! This is 'bedak sejuk herba' as written on the packaging. Its in those tiny little packets, so i bought a few since its not few cents. This one is nothing like the previous one. And i am loving it! The texture, the smell ... everything is perfect. When you mix it with water, it has a nice smell and when you apply it on your face its not as thick and doesnt smell as yucky as the previous one! Which is a major big no!

So yes people, i am now officially addicted to this new bedak sejuk ( ... and my aloe vera gel too). And my new set of eyebrows, ha ha! I went to Kompleks Bukit Jambul earlier to alter the dress that i bought and i found this salon that does 'resdung' treatments. So i went there to try. The package sekali with facial. You see, im not the type of person yang jaga permakanan. I eat what i want thats why muka sometimes gatal-gatal. Semangat tak cukup jitu nak diet, sighhh.

Usually i buat resdung treatment dekat this one pondan tapi dia buat kasar so luckily i found this new place. Eventhough its just a small salon but im surprise the girl buat my brows cantik ( ... in my opinion lah). The resdung treatment lebih kurang one hour plus. Im definitely going back there again to do my brows and resdung treatments. I usually do my brows at this salon near my boyfriend's house or at Fluff, in Gurney Plaza. Fluff is a waxing place and i totally recommend this to all my readers. Cepat, kemas dan tak berapa sakit. Threading is the sakit-est for me. Once to twice a month i'll go to Fluff to remove my facial hair. Susah jugak lah nak maintain so i suggest to you people yang tak pernah try, dont try ... or if you degil nak try, make sure you go every month okay, unlike me.

/ Edit: Got my facial and resdung treatment done and my dress pun dah selamat in the 'workshop'. Bought marble cheesecake for dinner (sumpah sedap!) and i went home a happy lady. Thought of going to KL today but tak jadi. Might be next week. Its either KL or Sungai Petani to get my makeup things. I wish they have a Kryolan or Dermacos (however you spell it because i am too lazy to google) store in Penang.

I am really craving for Bistari's Indomee and i want to try that Daim cake to badly thanks to Miss Liyana F. Looking forward for more good things in life. May Allah SWT bless us all. Amin.

Makeup 101

I graduated from my makeup and beauty course few years ago and i've been doing makeup to other people ever since. I have always, always ... love putting on makeup, since i was a little girl. Because i believe a little makeup goes a long way. It makes you look better, not ghostly pale and you can cover up any 'unwanted' thing on your face by applying some makeup.

But please ... i hate it when people tend to overdo themselves. Or when they choose the wrong color for their skintone, or when they apply using the wrong techniques, or when they use too much pink. If you have 'sepet' eyes, please shy away from light colors such a white, yellow, light green as your eyeshadow. It makes your eyes look smaller. Try using an eyeliner or a dark color eyeshadow, it'll make your eyes look bigger, trust me. And please, if you have light skintone, try to play with more colors. Please try to avoid pink. For some reason i've always hated putting on the pink color on one's face. If you have a 'fat' face, try to do some shading on your jawline. Its not that hard. Just get yourself a dark color powder, preferably 2 tone darker than your skin color (cheap or expensive its doesnt matter), and apply it on your jawline and blend it smoothly. Jangan lah bagi nampak harsh. This is not the 80's ye. And then apply a mix of bronzer or highlighter with your choice of blusher on your cheeksbones. You'll see the difference. And also brush some of the dark color powder dekat your chin and dekat bahagian yang ada anak rambut tu. Jangan letak banyak okay. A little would do, just so that you and the others nampak the difference.

Two days ago, a friend asked for my help to be the model for her shawls. Knowing myself, who is so unphotogenic and rigid when taking pictures, i said no straight away. I had to. I did not want to ruin her photos. I dont know how to pose and i dont know how to smile properly. So i told her, instead of using me as her model, why not use herself? I told her i could help her do her makeup and help her to take the photos and she happily said yes. It took me about 30mins or so to get her makeup done then she took me to USM because we had no other idea where to go. And here is one of the photos. I dont have much in my phone, its all in her camera. I'll upload a few soon.

This is a very light day makeup that i applied on her sebab tadi kami kejar masa. I usually need an hour to get a person done. And im using Dior's liquid foundation which is very light. For more coverage, a HD foundation or Kryolan is good. And below is also light makeup i did for my friend's akad nikah. I wanted to add on more colors on her eyes but she told me not to. She doesnt want to scare the people at the pejabat agama she said LOL.

I had fun working with both of them. Anyone out there who wants to use my makeup service, just let me know! If im free, i would be more than happy to help you with your makeup. If you prefer a light makeup type, then im your girl. Because i do not like the way the bapoks letak foundation berlapis-lapis. Makeup is to enchance your features, not change it! You're not in an opera. So please remember girls. If you're getting married, find a good makeup artist. Do a trial first so that you wont be sorry on your wedding day. Its okay to spend more on your makeup because it is important. I have seen alot of bad bridal makeups. Its so sad. Every girl deserves to look breathtakingly beautiful on her wedding day. The smart asses at Lancome decided to discontinued my toner sayang. Greaaaaaat, just mothereffin' greaat! Without this Anti-Stress magic, i hope zits and the gang wont be visiting anytime soon.

Bedak Sejuk!

Okay so i've been bugging a friend of mine to bagi sikit the bedak sejuk yang ada at her house to me. Simply because i do not know am lazy to find one. Dah berkurun tak pergi pasar malam, mana nak dapat kan? Main reason why i want it so bad because her skin cantik pakai bedak sejuk - sahaja. I still remember dulu time kecik-kecik, i think i was around 3 or 4 years old at that time, my granma kalau rajin dia selalu buat bedak sejuk. Those were the days. Sekarang mana ada orang yang larat nak buat bedak sejuk dah kan?

So tadi for dinner i went to Subway sebab teringin sangat the tuna sandwich and Mr. Boyfriend so baik hati nak take me out today so i got what i wanted. Then otw balik singgah kat D-Lima jap and lucky me, nampak berbotol-botol bedak sejuk dalam kedai tu and i bought one :))

Before nak pakai i Googled-up the benefits of wearing bedak sejuk, so now i nak share with all my readers kebaikan bedak sejuk. The benefits are; bagi kulit tegang, mengelakkan jerawat tumbuh, bagi kesegaran to our skin, bantu sejukkan kulit, mengurangkan sebum/minyak and lots more kebaikan to our skin.

Bahan-bahan nak buat bedak sejuk contohnya macam beras, bunga melur, bunga tanjung, bunga cempaka, air pandan and such. Kalau buat cara tradisional bahan-bahan lebih banyak ditambah macam akar-akar kayu, kunyit, jintan manis, cekur etc. Bedak sejuk tradisional dan bedak sejuk botol (like the one i bought) yang dah ready made tu tak sama benefitnya. Obviously the ones yang buat cara tradisional lebih banyak kebaikannya. Selalunya pembuatan bedak sejuk ala tradisional disulam dengan bacaan zikir, selawat dan a few pantang-larang. Contohnya if dalam proses buat tu, bedak sejuk tu tak boleh kena air hujan walaupun setitik. Orang tua dulu-dulu guna air embun kalau nak buat bedak sejuk ni. Sebab kalau kena hujan, nanti bila pakai di muka akan bagi kesan buruk macam pimples and such, and also bedak sejuk tu bila di pakai nanti berbau.

So sebelum nak pakai, i suggest you guys test-on kat tangan dulu. Kalau bau busuk semacam tu tak payah la nak mengagah pakai jugak kan? Kalau takda bau, continue lah pakai. Cara pakai sama macam nak pakai masker. Kalau taktau cara macamana nak pakai bedak sejuk, boleh lah tanya kepada ibu-ibu, bapak-bapak, tok-tok di luar sana yaa.
