My Twenty Wishlist

Okay so here is my #20 beauty products wishlist. But urm, not really a wishlist since most of it dah pernah pakai.

1. Creme De La Mer moisturizing cream
Since my skin is going crazy right now and after reading an awful lot of reviews, i desperately need this star product. But then again, good products aint cheap so i might have to starve myself for a month to get this. Please pray for me girls. Pray that i have enough strength not to shop anything i like online. Do i really have to say more? This is the king of all moisturizing creams. And after reading the reviews, im an idiot if i dont save up for this with my skin condition now.


2. Lancome Creme-Mousse Confort
Used this before for few months. Skin was excellent then. I dont know whether its because of this or was it because i went to facials religiously.


3. Estee Lauder Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher
I used Estee's Advance Night Repair before but like i said, i dont know it worked because of the facials i had of because of the product. But since my pores are gigantic now, i would like to try this.


4. Chanel Mat Lumiere Foundation
Heard good things about this so we'll see


5. Giorgio Armani  Diamonds perfume
This is one of my favourites


6. Benefit That Gal
The answer to a glowing complexion


7. Benefit Speedbrow
Im not a fan of coloring my brows. Only when im extra rajin. So i love this. I brush my brows and voila - perfect just the way i like 'em to be!


8. Dior Diorshow Mascara
The bestest mascara i have ever tried. A little pricey but its so worth it. No need to curl your lashes. This mascara will do it for you honey!


9. Benefit High Beam
I love using this during nights out with my girlfriends. Gives you a stronger glowing complexion than That Gal. Suitable for night use. Dont scare the people during night time lah its not good.


10. Benefit Dandelion
No Dandelion, i die.


11. Nars Orgasm Blush
Google please malas i want to write about this amazing product. Im dying to try this now that Sephora is here, yeay!

12. Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick For Body
Yes i am aware its for the body. But i love the color so much they're so perfect. And im all covered up. Im not some Victoria's Secret model strutting down the runway. So face instead of body okay?


13. Benefit Coralista
I swear by this and by my MAC blusher. Only this two blushes i will use till the day i die. But on second thoughts, they might not look so nice on me when im all saggy and wrinkly, sigh


14. Benefit 10
The quick answer to a nice looking cheekbones. I want!


15. Bobbi Brown brush sets
I need new pretty brushes


16. Anna Sui lipstick
There is this natural rosy color that i used to love. And i love how to products are all rose-smelling


17. Shu Uemura lash curler
Best selling product of all time. Selalu nak beli tapi tak jadi because of its price. 


18. Chanel Coco Madamoiselle
Two of my girlfriends use this and i love how they smell!


19. Benefit Benetint
Tried this once, suka sangat. But i bought the balm instead. When its cold, its nice. But when its not cold, it get sticky. I still have alot left so rugi. Next time nak beli the tint, not balm.


10. L'Occitane Sunscreen Veil High Protection SPF 30
They dont have this in Penang. Im sad the salesgirls told me its discontinued. I hope they're kidding. BUT PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS MESSAGE ME WHERE AND WHEN PLEASE. I NEED THIS.

Pretty Lips

I used to be crazy about makeup few years back. I studied makeup for awhile at Monica Lee Face Art Academy. After i finished the course, i tried all sorts of makeup, different look every week. Dark eyes, nude lips, dramatic makeup ... you name it, i did it.

It was fun to look different all the time. And you won get bored seeing your photos. But months after, macam dah tak excited dah. I stopped doing makeup (on my face and others too) ... But eventhough i stopped, i still love getting all dolled up especially for night outings with my girlfriends ... dinner, events or whatever ... i'll always make an effort to try to look pretty decent.

But lately, the excitement dah datang balik thanks to my friend Sazasuliana and another blogger whom inspired me, Shazreeyana. She and her sister selalu makeup cantik cantik whenever they go out. When i started reading their blogs, i kept on asking myself, "If they have time to make themselves pretty why cant i?". 


So now im collecting again and getting nuts over anything new i can find in the stores. Bought few Stage lipsticks and eyeshadows because its having a massive sale. I finally pushed myself to buy that crazy fuchsia lipstick that i gatai nak beli but i didnt weeks ago. Tried it on tadi, it was okay but its kinda crazy to wear that kind of pink walking around the mall. But its alright, i'll find an excuse to wear it.

Its the second color from right. Scary isnt it? I have about 20 lipsticks now but whenever wherever i would still go back to the first, second and third color from the left. Because i dont like to wear glosses. So whenever im buying any lipsticks, i'll make sure its sheer and glossy. Like those 3 lipsticks. The 2 from the left are both Maybelline Watershine 3D Collagen lipsticks. I am crazyyyyyy about this lipstick okay. The third one is from L'Oreal. And i used to be crazy about this one ZA lipstick. Its perfect, sheer and glossy just the way i like it but i think they stopped making it kot? This was like 10 years ago.

And sebab bag makeup dah kotor malas nak clean up, im keeping some of my makeup in this clutch. This is their temporary home now. I need to get a new makeup bag pronto!

So Many Events, So Little Clothes!

Baju kurung semua dah pakai. Invitation kenduri sana sini. Adoi. Baju suitable nak pakai dengan tudung pun dah kurang. Need to stock-up more clothes! Tapi sejak gemok ni dah malas dah pakai jeans. Asyik pakai jeggings or long sarong/skirt. Tengok orang pakai maxi dress nampak cantik like this girl ... but i have none yang suitable nak pakai keluar lepak. If maxi dress suitable untuk ke kenduri macamtu ada lah, sighhh ...

Oh besides nak stock-up maxi dress. I seriously nak this one Maysaa pants. Perfect color and perfect cut! Soon i shall, yes soon insyaallah. Nak post the photo i cant i dont know why but checkout Maysaa website under the 'Trousers' section ya and you'll find it, the one and only there.

And i am crazyyyyy about FitFlops now! Memang suitable sangat untuk orang gemok malas like me! Hahaha

So many types to choose from the brand and it aint cheap! But its an investment in my opinion. Plus i read so many good reviews about this sandal. So i guess its worth the price, no?

Okay enough about that. Can anyone tell me who doesnt love cheap bargains? Especially girls kan? Why but something at a normal price when you can get better cheaper deal somewhere kan?

Let me tell you my secret. Before this, tak pernah fikir pun about price tags if i have enough or a lot money in hand. This bad habit of mine menjadi jadi whenever i go out with my mom dulu. My mom lives in Japan. So whenever shes back here, i'll ask her to take me pergi groceries shopping. Sebab for me groceries shopping ni sort-of therapeutic for me. Walking down aisle by aisle pushing your shopping cart, carefully identifying what things you want to buy, tengok gelagat orang and etc. Time budak budak mana nak fikir apa kan. I usually shove everything i want inside my cart without looking at the price tags apatah lagi nak compare this brand to another brand. Buang masa kan because i already know what i want so why bother?

So bila dah besar ni dah pandai lah fikir and pandai jimat. I look for awesome bargains. Dan pandai dah compare price tag. Brand A compare dengan brand B. Beli dua brand A lagi murah dari beli satu brand B ... things like that you know. Itu kalau shopping dekat luar lah. Whenever i am home, i look for cheap deals online. Sekarang dah ada banyak places you can go to get cheaaaaaaap deals such as Deal Guru, Madness Deal, Milk A Deal and so on. You can get almost everything there! Except for clothes. Buuuuut clothes is the easiest to shop online because they're so many online boutique nowadays sampai pening nak tengok! Everyday ada saja benda cantik yang mata ini berkenan. Lepas tu mula lah malam tak boleh tido or mimpi.

I mentioned in my entry dulu that buying online is very addictive. But for me, the addiction goes away after some time. Mula mula memang gedik hari hari nak shop but lama lama dah bosan. I usually get something if i really feel like i need it or boleh guna time emergency ke ... things like that. Nasib baikkkkkk.

I think i spend wisely now on things rather than before. And i think my mother tak rasa macam tu pun lol but honestly yes i am proud to say and be a bargain hunter than a dumb shopper!

Im getting 6 tops online for RM 250, well thats a steal to me! We all know how much a Topshop top is right? Buying online you can get alot sebab one top is around RM50-70 only. But most importantly buy from boutique that you know quality bagus. And sometimes baju yang sampai tak seindah dalam photo. Kalau murah saja pun tak guna kan if the quality is bad. Kalau besar can alter. But if buruk macamana nak buat kan? And i also got a return trip to India this September for only RM331 for a return trip, hows that? And 2 weeks ago i bought a facial deal worth almost RM400 for only RM18!

So darlings, if you have an extra one or two hour to spend everyday, find yourself great bargains! Not only you can save a lot of money by doing so, you'll be happier and proud when you managed you grab an awesome deal.

Errr ... at least thats how i feel. Try it, and let me know if you feel the same way i do!

Update!

I got a free facial session today at New York Skin Solution, yeayyy! Dapat an SMS from myDeals earlier and i made an apointment dah for next week. Bought a tudung also online to wear on my upcoming trip! Murah saja around RM24 inclusive of shipping! And im so tempted to get this - Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? 3 Texas Ted from #1901 at only RM10. Grab it at #MilkADeal !!

Makeup Is Love

The secret to a glowing complexion? Is 'That Gal'! I love that face primer cause it makes your skin glowy and rosy. And i really love 'Matterial Girl'! Because im the kind of person who hates using compact powder on my face. Usually kalau keluar i'll just put on the Johnson Baby talc powder instead of the Chanel or Dior compact that i have sebab i dont like the feeling that my face is stuffed with compact powder, rasa macam kulit tak boleh breathe. And also maybe sebab i tak jumpa lagi a compact powder yang i betul betul suka. Maybe i should start buying things from MAC again? Hmmm ... And im saying bye bye to my foundation! I love this bb cream! I love how it makes my skin feel and look in photos. Its much much lighter than foundation and its better than foundation imo, tapi not as much coverage as foundation but i dont mind. Tak pernah suka pun foundation and compact powder.

So right now before i go out i'll cleanse, tone and moisturise my face. Then i'll put on 'That Gal' and 'High Beam' for a bright, rosy and glowy complexion. Then i'll conceal my eyebags with 'Erase Paste' and then i'll use 'Boi-ing', 'Lemon Aid' and 'Eye Bright' and puff my face with 'Matterial Girl'. Then i'll use 'Dandelion', my MAC blusher and MAC bronzer. Put on some eyeshadows, use 'Speed Brow' on my brows, and use either my Lancome or Dior mascara, put on my Maybelline or 'Benetint' lipbalm and off i go ...

PS: I need to get myself that Shu Uemura UV Under Base Mousse and Nars Orgasmmmm! And Benefit Sugarbomb, 10 and Coralista too!

Spinning Around!

Its 5.30 in the morning and im still awake! Done doing notes for the workshop. Gosh i am so freaking tired. Going off to bed after im done with this entry. Another 2 weeks for the workshop, hope i can pull if off. Wish me luck people, because i know i need lots of it :/

I have my driving practise early. I seriously cant wait for this to end! After that i went to Gurney Beach to see Pauline, who is the owner of the modelling agency. No, im not going to be a model! Im too short for that. I'll be helping out Pauline to give out talks on skincare and makeup during her workshop and classes. And my friend, Ezanee will handle the hair care part. Another girl will do the nails part and Pauline's husband will be the emcee. I hope everything will go on smoothly, aminnn.

After the meeting with Pauline, went to Ezanee's salon. Saw my friend there who's getting married later on after Asar. Betul lah kan kata orang. Kalau time darah manis, muka the future bride berseri-seri je. She was so beautiful tadi. Im sure shes gonna be much more cantik on her wedding day. Bought my shampoo from there and had my lunch at Delifrance with Ezanee. First time try the nasi goreng, sedappp. Luckily my friend suruh the chef buat pedas pedas. Nasi tu so banyak, makan sepinggan so full and also ada 2 cucuk satay but tak makan pun sebab keras. And i ordered bread pudding as well, sumpah tak sedap!

Then after that nak p buat facial or pedicure but no luck both pun tak boleh buat. I just found out kat Origins pun boleh buat facial. And its kinda cheap, RM80 for normal facial for dry skin or normal/combo skin! Cheap lah kan compare to other places cam Aster Spring, Clarins, Kanebo and etc. Pastu tangan ni tergatal p bau one of their shampoos, the ginger one. Bauuuu sangat sedapp! Too bad beli shampoo awal 30 mins, kalau tak sure boleh beli that ginger shampoo. Then pusing pusing masuk L'Occitane sebab nak cari sunscreen tapi branch GP dah tak carry that sunscreen. Apalah nasib. Dah la toner pun kena discontinued. Lepas tu Ezanee dok try la segala macam perfume kat dalam tu. The Cherry Blossom and Rose. Bau rose tu sangat wangi, especially the Candied Rose and we were lucky sebab perfume tu ada 50% off so we bought one each, so tinggal around RM80 ja. Murah kan for a perfumeI love the rose smell! It reminds me of bau kedai Lovely Lace. Nasib baik lah murah kalau tak jangan harap lah nak beli sebab i dont like hate changing my perfume!

I've been using Ralph Lauren Ralph since umur 17. Along the way ada lah try a few perfume; Clinique Happy, Hugo Boss and Armani Diamonds. Armani Diamonds yang berjaya melekat di hati. Tapi dah habis dan tak beli baru lagi. RL Ralph pun dah nak habis. Tunggu lah the bottle habis dulu baru nak beli perfume lain. I want Chanel Coco Madamoiselle too! Anyone wants to derma me RM500 for the perfume hehe and also sangat teruja nak beli Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil. Anyone pernah try this before tak? Any good? Sebab the big fat bottle yang RM200ish tu can last for a year. And also sangat teruja nak try their UV Underbase Mousse, RM108. Semua gara gara Reena. Tapi bila sendiri try semalam kat their counter, seriously the mousse punya texture memang best! Gonna tunggu my Benefit punya primer habis lepas tu im getting one!

Bedak Sejuk!

Okay so i've been bugging a friend of mine to bagi sikit the bedak sejuk yang ada at her house to me. Simply because i do not know am lazy to find one. Dah berkurun tak pergi pasar malam, mana nak dapat kan? Main reason why i want it so bad because her skin cantik pakai bedak sejuk - sahaja. I still remember dulu time kecik-kecik, i think i was around 3 or 4 years old at that time, my granma kalau rajin dia selalu buat bedak sejuk. Those were the days. Sekarang mana ada orang yang larat nak buat bedak sejuk dah kan?

So tadi for dinner i went to Subway sebab teringin sangat the tuna sandwich and Mr. Boyfriend so baik hati nak take me out today so i got what i wanted. Then otw balik singgah kat D-Lima jap and lucky me, nampak berbotol-botol bedak sejuk dalam kedai tu and i bought one :))

Before nak pakai i Googled-up the benefits of wearing bedak sejuk, so now i nak share with all my readers kebaikan bedak sejuk. The benefits are; bagi kulit tegang, mengelakkan jerawat tumbuh, bagi kesegaran to our skin, bantu sejukkan kulit, mengurangkan sebum/minyak and lots more kebaikan to our skin.

Bahan-bahan nak buat bedak sejuk contohnya macam beras, bunga melur, bunga tanjung, bunga cempaka, air pandan and such. Kalau buat cara tradisional bahan-bahan lebih banyak ditambah macam akar-akar kayu, kunyit, jintan manis, cekur etc. Bedak sejuk tradisional dan bedak sejuk botol (like the one i bought) yang dah ready made tu tak sama benefitnya. Obviously the ones yang buat cara tradisional lebih banyak kebaikannya. Selalunya pembuatan bedak sejuk ala tradisional disulam dengan bacaan zikir, selawat dan a few pantang-larang. Contohnya if dalam proses buat tu, bedak sejuk tu tak boleh kena air hujan walaupun setitik. Orang tua dulu-dulu guna air embun kalau nak buat bedak sejuk ni. Sebab kalau kena hujan, nanti bila pakai di muka akan bagi kesan buruk macam pimples and such, and also bedak sejuk tu bila di pakai nanti berbau.

So sebelum nak pakai, i suggest you guys test-on kat tangan dulu. Kalau bau busuk semacam tu tak payah la nak mengagah pakai jugak kan? Kalau takda bau, continue lah pakai. Cara pakai sama macam nak pakai masker. Kalau taktau cara macamana nak pakai bedak sejuk, boleh lah tanya kepada ibu-ibu, bapak-bapak, tok-tok di luar sana yaa.

My life is getting much better each day, alhamdulillah. Yesterday dapat the sample dresses from an online boutique and sangat sangat puas hati dengan everything. The material, size ... etc. And not only the dresses sesuai pakai dengan hijab and also those yang pregnant pun sesuai because of the stretchy material so its flexible la. Tak sabar nak tunggu the rest sampai! Ha ha i am so excited. Tapi tak set up a site lagi for the online boutique. Still thinking whether nak buat sendiri a simple one ke nak suruh orang lain buat so that nampak lah fancy shmancy sikit kan?

Besides the online boutique, i am also planning to do something else but its kinda big so i dont know if my mom would approve ke tak because i think she still doubt my kesungguhan nak buat something, because she knows me very well. Procrastinate je kerja aku ni. Ya Allah, harap dapat lah buang tabiat buruk ni! Dah melekat macam apa binatang tu dekat pantai/lumpur yang selalu melekat berdua tu? Shit dah lupa nama la. Color hitam cam hodoh tu. Please if anyone know leave me a message okay, ha ha. So dua benda penting yang i've to settle now is the online boutique and driving license. I feel so malu okay sebab dah tua bangka baru tercangak-cangak nak ambil license, especially masa dengar ceramah 5 hours too, gila so malu semua budak budak. Please lah this time nak pass and tak nak procrastinate lagi! Kesian my mom dah habis duit ribu riban for me. To my mom if you're reading this ILU okay and thanks a bunch for everything, you're the greatest mom ever, period. This is not a bodek statement okay, this is for real. Its fo' shizzle ma' nizzle!

Tadi lepas sembahyang Jumaat went to my FPIL's house. Seperti biasa kalau p rumah Ezar perutku akan dipenuhi oleh makanan yang sedap sedap belaka. Lunch makan nasi lauk sayur apetah with ayam goreng and taukua sambal yang oh sedap! Then dinner makan koey teow goreng pedas pedas and Domino's Pizzaaaa. Eeei sedap. Kalau hari makan makanan sedap kan best! Patut badan sekarang gemuk cam tong drum, 24/7 online, tidur, makan, repeat 'till pengsan. And now lagi malas nak keluar since dah addicted to online shopping. Hari hari kerja click sana click sini, order sana order sini. Kalau naik taxi p Queensbay return fare dah RM35. Kalau online boleh dapat satu jeggings ke, singlet ke apa ke. Kan berbaloi baloi namanya tu. Sejak aktiviti online shopping ni semakin menular, lagi bertambah tambah lah kemalasan diriku. Banyak sangat benda yang cantik online. One click je esok postman sampai rumah bagi salam and parcel. So convenient kan!

Btw, to those yang keep on asking which shopblogs yang i selalu shop, cuci cuci mata boleh click kat bawah ni. 

Tapi awas sapa sapa yang tangan gatai tak reti dok diam please pejamkan mata and move away from this entry. Sebab online shopping is really addictive and to those yang ada online banking please stay far away from all the evil blogshops!

Velvet Ribbon, An Old Flame, Winkstick, Pumpkin dan banyak lagi harap maklum kalau nak list down sampai esok lusa pun tak habis sebab my list keeps on growing everyday.

Next week nak p Hatyai, next month to Krabi, macam mana nak simpan duit ni?

Hmmmm ...

As i was spring cleaning my closet, i realize that i actually have alot of things with their price tags still on, things that i haven't gotten the place and time to wear.


For example, my Dorothy Perkins tunic i bought 4 weeks ago in size M. I am a size S fyi. I just couldn't resist buying it cause the color is so pretty and the fabric is so silky and soft! I told myself i'll get it altered but i still haven't till this very day. Same goes to my Limited Edition GAP Freeport jeans. I bought it in July, last year. And now February '10 is just around the corner! Haihh. And there's my Zara sandal i bought in Aug '09, the Ted Baker and the Sew & Soul tunic i bought both in Nov '08! 2008 okay? ... The Aldo gold clutch, the gorgeous Kate Moss Loves Topshop Liberty print dress i bought alongside with the Topshop straw slingbag & the F21 straw hat in Aug '09 for the Bali trip that never happened. And the heavily sequinned bodycon mini from Topshop ... and the list goes on.

Since i don't go out that much anymore, and since i don't have that much of a nightlife anymore, i have absolutely no where to wear any of it. My shoes, jackets are lying around desperatelt wanting to go out in the open. Oh my! When will i wear you o pretty things? I must find a way. Because i know i can't sell them. I don't have the heart to.

Rent-A-Bag

Now everyone can own rent a designer bag! Bags In The City is our Malaysian version or Bag, Borrow Or Steal made famous by SATC The Movie (J. Hudson with her rented LV bag, remember?). Rent a designer bag for less than RM200 per week, and if you like it, you can buy it after a week of renting it!

But there's not much designer bags available right now, but im sure the collection will grow. As for now they have Burberry, Coach, LV, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Whiting & Davis and Barbara Rihl.
